Frenpath Terms of Use
Effective date: September 29, 2026
Frenpath is a LumaLilt testing service for sharing statuses, making plans and staying in touch. Membership is invitation-only; guests can browse general ideas and approved web-public plans without an account. These terms apply to its iPhone app and website. For support or a moderation appeal, contact support+frenpath@lumalilt.com.
1. Your account and invitations
You must be at least 16 years old to use Frenpath. New enrollment is limited to residents of the United States and Canada and requires an invitation, accurate age/country information, agreement to these terms and contact verification. We may restrict an account when age information or applicable platform restrictions require review. Do not evade age or country controls by changing devices, accounts or declarations. If enrollment is unavailable in your country, you may join the 16+ email waitlist from your invitation with your consent. This does not create an account, reserve a position or guarantee availability. You can leave through your invitation or contact support. Contact support for an eligibility correction, appeal or account-deletion request.
Use contact details you control, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and share invitation links only with the intended recipient. Accepting an invitation requires verification of a matching invited contact detail. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, abuse verification messages or use another person’s account without authorization.
2. Local calendar review, drafts and posting
Calendar access is optional. Matching calendar events and availability processing stay on your iPhone. Calendar matching does not automatically create online posts or cloud drafts. You can review and edit a selected event, choose its audience, and explicitly Save draft or Post. Calendar notes and locations are not automatically copied into a post. Removing an item from local review does not delete the original calendar event.
Save draft stores the chosen content and intended sharing settings in your private account for access from your other devices. Other members cannot see the draft. Post creates a status with the audience and settings you choose. Review the content, times, categories, people, circles and public/discovery settings before posting or saving edits to a posted status. Category defaults and calendar setups can preselect circles; multiple categories can combine their default circles.
Open to company allows join requests subject to approval and available guest capacity. Enabling Limit guests also enables Open to company. Neither action alone makes a plan public or enables nearby discovery.
Calendar changes do not automatically update or remove posted plans. Recurring statuses use a saved schedule and sharing choices to generate occurrences. Deleting or unposting one occurrence does not stop the recurring schedule; use the series controls to stop it.
Unposting returns the selected occurrence to a private cloud draft and removes its shared post. Reposting creates a new post without restoring the previous invitations or join responses. Deleting a draft removes that saved draft; it does not delete an original calendar event. Unposting, deleting or restricting a post cannot recall screenshots, messages, notifications, calendar exports or copies someone has made.
3. Content and other people’s privacy
You are responsible for the content and contact details you choose to submit and for having the permission or other lawful authority needed to share them. Do not post private information about others without permission, or content you are not entitled to use. Consider whether titles, categories, attendance, addresses or descriptions reveal sensitive information about you or someone else.
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize Frenpath and its service providers to store, process and display submitted content as needed to provide the features you request, respect the selected audience, deliver notifications, moderate reports and operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. This authorization is not permission to sell your personal information. Your responsibilities do not replace Frenpath’s own privacy, security or other legal obligations, and these terms do not waive rights that applicable law protects.
Frenpath members visibility shares beyond your selected circles within the service. Anyone on the web is a separate option for eligible adults and requires moderation approval. It makes the displayed plan details and approved photo accessible without sign-in. Do not post another person’s private information or a private address for an unrestricted audience. Edits require another review. Private and members-only links retain their audience checks. Joining requires membership. Removing a web-public plan or blocking a member cannot recall copies or prevent access to copies outside Frenpath. Review the destination calendar’s sharing settings before exporting a plan.
4. Community safety and moderation
Do not post harassment, hate, threats, exploitative sexual content, scams, spam or unlawful content. Do not misuse invitations, attendance claims, witness confirmations, reports or community contributions. Provide honest information about participation and events.
Use Report on a plan, circle, event source, contributed event or sponsored activity to ask moderators to review it. Reports include a copy of the content and your explanation for moderator review; your identity is not shared with the reported person. Track reports in Settings → Safety & reports and use blocking controls to restrict access within the app. Reports do not automatically remove content. Moderators can hide content that violates these rules and restore it after review. Limited evidence and decision records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
For a moderation appeal, email support+frenpath@lumalilt.com. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Frenpath is not an emergency service.
Image uploading is available to eligible accounts when enabled. Upload only photos you have the right to share and the necessary permission from identifiable people. Do not upload sexual or exploitative imagery, intimate images shared without consent, graphic violence, or images exposing another person’s private information. Photos and their associated text are reviewed before the image becomes visible to its audience; approval is not a guarantee of safety, ownership or consent. Permissions can be revoked, and images can be rejected or removed. Use Report on the post or circle, or contact support for urgent privacy, copyright or safety concerns and appeals.
5. Suggestions, events and notifications
Calendar matching, on-device category suggestions, extracted event details, free-time suggestions and community contributions can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify the original source, date, time, venue and availability before making plans. A join request, attendance claim or witness confirmation is not a guarantee of another person’s attendance or an event’s safety.
Notifications and Live Activities can expose plan details on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. Use Frenpath and iOS notification and preview settings to control them. Delivery and timing depend on device permissions, system settings and connectivity; reminders are not a guaranteed alarm service.
External websites, messaging apps, mapping services and calendar providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them when choosing to use those services.
6. Privacy, account deletion and availability
The Privacy Policy explains the information Frenpath handles, providers, retention, deletion and privacy requests. Privacy choices controls optional browser draft storage; it does not change a plan’s audience or delete cloud drafts or your account.
You can request account deletion in Settings. Inactive accounts are subject to the configured deletion period described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion affects owned circles and statuses and is subject to the stated limits for moderation evidence, delivery/deletion records, community content and copies held by recipients or providers. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your server account.
Frenpath is a testing service. Availability, notification delivery and data recovery are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of information you need. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
